The 40,000 square foot Sparta Athletic Club is located on a 28 acre, integrated sport and fitness campus in beautiful Sparta New Jersey. Sparta Athletic Club is a full service, forward thinking athletic and tennis club, providing members with the best equipment, facilities and staff in the industry.

At Sparta Athletic Club, we provide a comprehensive range of user friendly cardiovascular and strength training equipment and newly resurfaced tennis courts that allow every member the opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle. We cater to every member whether you enjoy intense workouts or moderate exercise.

Our friendly, certified personal trainers, group fitness instructors and tennis professionals are here to assist you with our equipment, to design a personal program to help meet your fitness goals or to take your tennis game to the next level.

Our cardiovascular areas include but are not limited to: treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, cross ramp trainers, stationary rowers and steppers. Surrounding these areas are Cardio Theater and large screen televisions. Our resistance training area includes unilateral and multilateral cybex circuit equipment, life fitness selectorized machines, cybex cable crossover, smith machines, free weights, benches, squat racks, dumbbells and a host of functional equipment such as med, physio and bosu balls and TRX equipment.

All new members are provided an integrated fitness assessment and personalized training appointment to ensure our members start off on the right foot.

For members of Sparta Athletic Club, we provide a kids care for your children, while you work out.
